Elnigomi Eltayeb Bushra has a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a degree in Information Technology. He is currently employed by Comcast corporation as a supervisor for the Network Operation Center (NOC).

Campaign promise:
Focus in capacity building and empowering the Sudanese American Youth in the Richmond area. Create mentoring programs for the youth through culture and diversity focus, with emphasis in "cultural diversity is a source of our strength". The other goal is to encourage the Sudanese American's in the community play a vital role in uniting to showcase their beautiful culture. One of the main goals is to secure a permanent recreational center for the Sudanese American community in Richmond.
